City of Grandview
Benson Method was hired as Owner’s Representative for the City of Grandview in the fall of 2022 after the successful passing of a city bond for several municipal projects throughout the city As their Owner’s Representative, we work with city staff to advocate for the successful execution of these projects:
Grandview City Hall is undergoing minor exterior and extensive interior remodeling for the Police Department and City administrative offices on 2 levels totaling 40,000 SF.
Fire Stations 1, 2 & 3 projects involve expansions of Dayroom, Bunk Rooms and Emergency Vehicle Bay averaging 4,500 SF per station. Project will involve expansion of Dayroom, Bunk Rooms and Emergency Vehicle Bay
Public Works Maintenance Facility will involve new construction of a free standing 6 bay metal roof structure to provide weather protection for Public Works vehicles totaling approximately 8,000 SF.
1102 Main will involve extensive interior remodeling and exterior facade improvements to serve as a new location for DMV staff and general public on 2 levels totaling 6,400 SF.
