For the past 20 years, the Charlotte Street Foundation has provided resources for individual artists by building upon its core principles of supporting, challenging and empowering artists of exceptional vision — while cultivating an environment where artists and art can thrive.

As the non-profit arts organization’s Owner’s Representative, we oversaw the $7 million adaptive reuse project in the Roanoke Neighborhood of Kansas City, MO.

The project consists of a renovation and build-out of approximately 22,000 SF of existing space in two separate buildings including:

White Box Studio/Gallery, Black Box – Theatre

Space for Residency, General Office Space

Programmable courtyard area, Necessary Parking
