Tracee Palen is an accomplished business operations manager.  In her current role as Vice President of Finance, Tracee oversees the day-to-day operations and helps to ensure that Benson Method is performing to its best potential.  Tracee plays an integral role in long-term planning and goal setting, financial analysis, and helps to provide strategic solutions.  She oversees businesses processes and systems for the company with a constant eye on improving efficiencies.

Prior to joining Benson Method, Tracee held property and asset management roles in the commercial real estate industry and was responsible for overseeing and directing operations for a portfolio of traditional and medical office properties.  In this capacity, Tracee was responsible for the creation and administration of budgets, contract negotiations, procurements, lease negotiations, tenant retention, and management of common area and tenant finish construction projects.  Tracee holds real estate licenses in KS and MO and achieved the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
