MOSCA
The Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. MOCSA is an independent rape crisis and child sexual abuse center providing advocacy services, counseling, legal assistance, community education and awareness, and prevention programming throughout the greater Kansas City metro area.
MOSCA recently engaged Benson Method to provide Owner’s Representative services to facilitate the deconstruction, preconstruction and construction a building which was purchased in January 2023. The 40,000 SF building is located on approximately 3.41 acres of land at 6500 Euclid, Kansas City, MO 64132. It was originally constructed in 1994 as a data center and office. Benson Method assisted MOSCA with the design and construction services RFP’s and will oversee both the design and construction of this renovation project.
