Associated Builders & Contractors
Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) is a national trade association representing the non-union construction industry. ABC purchased this former church building 12 years ago with the intention of converting the sanctuary into their office and training space. After officing in the basement for over 10 years, the local chapter allocated funds to complete this transformation.
Benson Method was hired to provide owners representative and design services on this project to convert the old church sanctuary into modern offices and training facility for ABC. The project included the demolition of the existing space, along with a complete renovation of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the new space.
The renovation was performed while the building was occupied, without interrupting ABC’s operations and training classes.
